The Project Manager / Civil Engineer is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects to ensure that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications and safety standards. The position oversees project implementation, manages resources, coordinates with clients and contractors, and ensures compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion
Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Prepare project budgets, schedules, and progress reports
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Resolve project-related issues and delays efficiently
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management
- Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred but not required)
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, Primavera)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Strong analytical skills
- With a driver’s license and able to drive both two-wheel and four-wheel vehicles.
