The Accounting Staff / Administrative Assistant provides support in both accounting and administrative operations. This includes assisting in bookkeeping, documentation, filing, and day-to-day office management. Responsibilities
- Handle petty cash and reimbursements
- Prepare vouchers, receipts, and simple financial reports
- Assist in payroll and government contribution remittances (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR)
- Maintain and organize employee records and files
- Support administrative operations such as inventory monitoring, document filing, and scheduling
- Coordinate with external offices (suppliers, banks, government agencies) when needed
Must Have
- Graduate of BS in Accounting, Accounting Technology, or any Business-related course
- With experience (Minimum 3 years)
- Knowledgeable in basic bookkeeping and administrative tasks
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting systems
- Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
- Can work with minimal supervision
